Presenter led poetry workshop for adults This field is for internal use only. Please include event details or English translations if needed
Petals and Thorns Poetry Workshop: Anatomy of a Poem, is a workshop that was created for novice and seasoned writers and poets who are interested in exploring the craft of poetry. No need to have been an English major or a paid author, to declare yourself a poet! Come be in community, get those thoughts out and share your love of expression! During the workshop, participants will take a deeper look at literary devices/tools and artistic choices used to craft poetry. Participants will be given time to begin their own poem, using topics discussed in class as writing prompts. This event will take place in Community Room 1A! Ask for directions at the reception desk.
